Health Fad The health fad Nutrisystem looks like it works great and will make you lose weight but most of these fad diets don’t work at all! The requirements you have to do with this diet is to eat controlled-carbohydrate meals. For doing this they promised results within three days. On the ad it is trying to target women that are around middle age because that’s what they are showing on the ad for the Nutrisystem diet. The gimmicks on this diet would be that you have to have controlled carbohydrates meals which normally taste disgusting. While doing this diet system you have to change what you eat which is only the first step in losing weight. If you only eat well you will eventually lose a little weight but it’s impossible to do it within three days! To lose weight that fast is almost impossible because you would have to virtually eat nothing and work out for about the 3 days straight.
This obviously isn’t a healthy way to lose weight that fast. It would be much easier to change your eating habits and go to the gym every other day. Personally I don’t think this diet plan would work at all, because it requires no exercise. It looks great at the before and after pictures but that could also be false advertisement. If I was looking into buying this product I would have to think to myself on what I’m losing, what I’m gaining, and how I do it. In the Nutrisystem you have to change your eating habits to carbohydrate meals which doesn’t sound to good, you get the results in 3 days which would be really nice but probably won’t happen, and it seems easy enough but the meals are probably not what I want to be eating.

Overall I would not pick this diet because I want to eat what I want that’s healthy but also tastes good to me. Also there is no working out or physical exercise so if you lose the fat you will have no muscle and will be as skinny as a little stick which would not be good at all. Maybe it works for some people but I don’t think it would work out to well for me.
