At this time vegetarianism has become one of the most popular diet

can not play with. I used to be a vegetarian person who was very strict about
the diet. My diet lasted around three years. On my diet, I would only eat only

words, eating only vegetables does not help our body to develop. For instance,
once, I was feeling that my bones were very weak, and I was asking myself the
reason for it. Therefore, I went to do the doctor in order to see what was

exceed the amount of food we consume, we can do so many exercises that we
will burn the over calories that we have ingested. I learned this argument from
my doctor who used to say,” it does not matter the amount of food you eat.
What matters is how you will burn the calories that you will overeat”.
Following this wise advise, I started doing a lot of exercises and eating a lot.
After a while, I realized that I was losing weight, getting in a better shape, and
did not feel weak as I felt when I was vegetarian.
In addition, being a vegetarian person does not help against the
illnesses. It has been proven that not having good eating habits can reduce our
body’s defenses. Two years ago, my friend who was a vegetarian person got
really sick and it took a very long for him to recover . The reason why he got

The choice Is on our own. Even though the number of vegetarian people
has increased, it does not mean vegetarianism is the right way to be on a diet.
