So he hired graduates to work there and also took Mr. Tarek Rahman as executive director. Mr. Rahman was supposed to give the Training and Management Consulting unit what was a new SBU and it was operated separately from the Waterside. Mr. Rahman was not a partner rather he was paid share of profit. Mr. Rahman was pleased with that. As all the employees were from the same background and the culture was just like the western ideals like he espoused was the egalitarian atmosphere so the environment was so fun-filled, cracking of jokes, birthday celebration and lunch together etc. The structure of organization was so highly unstructured and organic. Mr. Karim has a Charismatic personality and believed in team work and empowerment, but in Mr. Rahman felt that there was no real empowerment and Mr. Karim took many important decisions by himself. For this reason money was spent on different events when students demand the sponsorship what he did solely. Lunch was subsidized and employees were given the gym membership. The laid back approach has increased the number of employees in 47 but the productivity of them was not so high but it had a good impression on customer that there are lots of well smartly dressed people in the office.
