Mental health care is a widespread concern in the community. Many researchers nowadays are looking for ways on making an accessible primary care services for people suffering from mental illness. This paper is about constructing an ethical organization, that is, a Mental Healthcare Association.
It will be a private and non-profit organization that will be composed of individuals and families representing all the sectors of society aiming to promote mental wellness and wellbeing in the community. The mission involves the advocacy, education, information, and referral services, and supportive studies intended to prevent and cure mental illnesses.
For its organizational culture, it will promote just, humane and healthy society to the citizens of the state and neighboring regions. It has code of ethics serves as guidance on how they will interact with their colleagues and other people, especially to the patients. The type of leadership the organization has is partnership with a managerial orientation of teamwork.
Finally, to be able to maintain the ethical standard of the organization, the dedication of its board directors, employees and volunteers and employee will be ensured and employee evaluation will be implemented. Thus, this organization will be stable and successful in its aim, and be made possible in the present society.
