When starting this paper many things hit my mind. There was a bunch of things in my past that made me the person that I am today. There were many things that influenced my life to follow the path that I have taken. My family, my childhood, my career goal, and my jobs have forged the life and path that I have lead all these years. The biggest influence on what made my path was my parents. But let me explain how I have been influenced by these.
My childhood was not an easy one. There were many things that I remember . But the most influencing thing that affected me in my life was the time I spent in the hospital as a child. When I was born the doctor did a malpractice mistake to me. This caused my kidneys to be weak. Because of this mess up I had to spend everyday in the hospital. With the weakest chances that I could survive were slim. But I fought through it and survived. Because of the weakening in my kidneys I spent most of my childhood in the hospital. This gave me the will growing up as an adult to fight my weaknesses. I had to make them stronger.
One thing that I can remember are the surgeries that I had to do on my kidneys. As I said my kidneys were weak. They had to be removed and checked. I had to get a transplant on one kidney to keep me alive. These surgeries taught me something I never knew. They taught me that I had challenges in life that I had to deal with. I was basically fighting my body to stay alive. I had to deal with these surgeries. I know now without these I could not survive. But I did and knew what fighting was about.

The best things in life are free. ” This is one saying that has many sides to it. There is the side of buying the best things, the spiritual way and then the other is that the best thing in life is your family. For me this is true. The best thing in life is my family and my friends, but they aren’t cheap. They are a lot of dough, if you know what I mean. The thing with this is that you have to pay ...
The last thing I remember about my support of my mother through all these days was my mother supporting me during my childhood. When I was in the tiring hospital stays my mother was there by my side. She kept telling me how to face it. That she would be here for me. She also stated that in God’s hands They wanted me to feel him giving me the strength that I needed to survive. I used this now as a sign that I can never let the little things stop me. I have to push on. I have to make the best.
My family life was an amazing influence to what I have become over the years. I think my biggest influence was my father’s hardheadedness. When I was growing up I knew my dad was hard headed. When he made a choice he stuck by it. He would always be hard headed even when he was told wrong. That is something that I gained from him. I got hard headed just like him. I was happy to be like him. I have moments where I am stubborn. But then I have to remind myself that hardheaded as I am I should agree with others. He was a great influence on who I am and what I stand to do.
My family life I think that the best thing they gave me was the strength to fight the weakness of my kidneys. They helped me realize that I can fight through the pain and everything that the weakness had to give me. When I think that the weakness was going to stop me they pushed me and said no. I feel that they were always behind me no matter my choice. I could get weaker or stronger. But with the help of the family I got stronger.
When thinking what I wanted to be when I grew up all I could think was a doctor. The things that influenced me was many things. The first thing that influenced me was the hospital stay. I feel that this is because of the hospital stay in my early life. I have spent most of my childhood in the hospital. This was because of my weakened kidneys. When I was staying in the hospital I saw the caring doctors that not only helped me but the rest of the patients in that hospital. They cared for each of us and treated us not as patients Watching them you can see the caring and it was something that became a part of me. I was caring and loved to help others.

The time I spent in the hospital I felt that I was gaining great help by them. They helped me alot in the time that I was there and shown me great care. The time that they talked about learning what I was I heard that the terms they used. I wanted to learn the terms as well. I want to learn all the facts that they talked about. I have held many jobs in the past. The most I have done is by trying to stick close to the medical field. But there was one time where I did not work in the medical field. I worked as a record keeper in the police department. There I kept records and did the tape work. I felt this helped me get a leg up in the medical field in being a medical assistant. I never know that the medical field was identical to this.
Most of the jobs that I have been doing are with temp companies. But each kept me in the field of medical. I I was usually kept as a record keeper. My days are usually answer phones, file, make copies, and take care of what I am asked to do. I felt that even thought I never reached doctor but I was happy to stay in the medical field and help others. This was a great thing that I had to do.
In writing this I saw a window into my past. This is the life that forged me into what I am today. My mood changed into a great deal of happiness and strength. When I look at the new life that I have to face I am very happy with it. I do not think I want to change it any other way.
