As a team we decided to research social learning in instructional Strategies, intrapersonal relationship and behavioral. Our findings conclude as following. Social learning heightens instructional strategies by using communicating social skills and incorporating team projects. Social Learning in intrapersonal relationship includes active communication within the classroom between the students and the teacher. This promotes a working environment for all. Another important aspect is a positive learning environment in classroom in which starts with active communication.
With these two aspects this creates a learning environment that promotes an interpersonal relationship between a student and a teacher. Social learning in behavior can be applied to a workplace situation such as the culture of an organization being passed on to new employees by teaching them how to be effective within that organization. This type of situation creates a desired behavioral outcome by teaching the new employees how to “run” the company and maintain the known reputation of the company. This formal social learning environment also sets a relationship between new old employees.

All three strategies in social learning all have a positive contribution in a learning environment either in a classroom or a workplace. Social learning is a natural process. Supporting social learning means helping to build the framework for conversations and discussions around team and group activities. You can’t train people to be social or how to learn socially, you can only show people how to work and learn collaboratively. It means a mind shift from a focus on shaping (training) to modeling (coaching).
