Water is one of our Earth’s most precious res ource, but one may fails to realize how important it is to our survival. Most people think that we have an abundance of water, but we do not. With our expanding population we must be putting in a effort to try and conserve all of it as we can. There a lot of people that fail to understand this. Individuals who waste water are my biggest pet peeves because they are usually clueless, too lazy to turn off the tap or just don’t care.
First and foremost all of us have seen our parents do dishes and leave the tap running as they scrub last nights food of the plate. You want to say something about the tap, but the amount of water they may be wasting is enormous. You go up to her and you tell her to turn the tap off, you get into an argument and the next thing you know you’re the one doing the dishes by the end of the night. At least I will try and save as much waster as I can. Next, why do people always blame the washer? When I am at the sink I turn it off and there is no leak. These people are just too lazy to do anything about it. It’s just a couple of step to the tap. If I can do it so can you.

Lastly there are the neighbor who just don’t care, they wants to talk to everybody who passes by when he/she is watering his/her lawn. The lengthy conversations range from the gossip about the new neighbors who moved in last week to news we have already heard many times. He does not feel the need to turn off that tap. Or does he even care. Should I tell him? Will he be offended? My head is imploding, my brain is bursting and my mind is thinking of the newest choice words never heard before.
Just turn off that tap!!!
As I have mentioned before water is one of our Earths most precious resources and we have to try our best to conserve as much of it as we possibly can. We can do this by turn off our tap when not needed or doing chores that require a lot of water less often. We can help to conserve water but there are people who are too clueless or who just don’t care about our water. That is why wasting water is my biggest pet peeve.
