Only a few studies in nursing research provide some kind of study that looks into experiences of patients who choose to undergo bariatric surgical procedures or investigation. Within the growth of science in bariatric nursing, there is that need of information to support both the patient that is receiving the care and the physician that is providing the care and the support. In this time of continues growth in this bariatric procedures, it is a most that all healthcare providers initiate and Evaluate necessary changes in practice that will enhance the well-being and health of patients that undergo this procedure. With the current increase in the rate of obesity, people have now turned to bariatric surgery because they have tried all the other methods and find it not that helpful.
Statistic shows that adults are obese or overweight with a percentage of 68.8%; 35.7% are obese. 31.8% of children and adolescents are obese of overweight; 16.9 are obese. (Olden et al.,2012).
Death is a risk factor for patient undergoing this surgery and also co-morbidities like hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea and heart problems that can affect the outcome of the surgery. After the surgical procedures, some of the problems that were identified were the lack of adequate pain management and social support system. This study shows that education of nurses on the continues need of assessment, implementation and evaluation on both the physical and psychosocial outcome of this patient is imperative to fully meet their needs.

Purpose and Research Questions
The reason or purpose of this study was to develop an understanding of women experience post- surgically after undergoing a surgical weight loose intervention to manage morbid obesity. The number of bariatric surgery being perform is increasing with the growing increase in obesity. Thus our duties as nurses is to be educated on how to manage this patient population well as we prepare for their plan of care, management implication, discharge and change in lifestyle teaching. The study is intended to explore the experiences of women from the moment they receive the surgery up to 18-24 months after the surgical intervention. Questions like how was your experience the moment after the surgical procedure? After being discharge home how was your experience? 6 months after the surgery how was your experience?
With respect to what to expect and the changes leading to after the surgery, can you say you received enough teaching and counseling? Were they any implications of the surgery and how were these handle? If you were asked to go through the procedure again will you? Were asked at different times of the patient recovery level. The research question and purpose are related to the problem since it list the real personal experience of the patients that went through the surgical intervention and their life 6 months and beyond the procedure. The only way to get a subjective view of what the patient experience was by using the qualitative study method.

The author cited valid qualitative and quantitative studies relevant to the focus of the studies together with the editorial board reviewed, expert peer reviewed articles, and double blind peer reviewed articles. Text books were used as well as articles from the CDC website which is a very credible website. Most of the articles and published research findings are all trends on surgery, guidelines, obesity, post-surgical client care management, anesthesia use, management and risk.

In-person interview with the patient who had had the procedure together with quotation of sentences that the patient used to describe their experience was were the valuable of the research study came from. None of the studies were evaluated by the author and he did not note their weaknesses. They were merely used as supporting factors for the argument presented by the author in the study. Conceptual and Theoretical Framework
It was a qualitative research method, and the person-centered approach was use. The same interviewer conducted a semi-structured interview with open –ended questions in other to gain insight view of the 14 women chosen for the study. The reproducibility of the data was guarantee as the interviewer used field notes and recordings. The person who did the interview was a registered nurse with no experience in bariatric field as a means to avoid bias in the collection of data. No framework or diagram was developed by the researcher as part of the study findings.
