The X-Files, X Marks the Spot: Book Report liked The X-files, X Marks the Spot. There was a lot of suspense. It was easy to understand. The events were spread out well. Overall it wasn’t another long boring science fiction book. There was a lot of suspense.
There was suspense as soon as I got into the second chapter. I didn’t want to put the book down. I sometimes have trouble trying to find a book that’s actually interesting, but I didn’t have any trouble with this book. I got through the whole book fast, I was always reading it in study hall, and trying to get as far as I could in readers workshop. It was easy to understand. I’ve read a lot of science fiction books that are very complicated.
Some books have too many characters to remember, or they have something that is really weird or unrealistic. Some science fiction books get way too far out. This book was nothing like that. The events were spread out well.
Some science fiction books are very boring, till the end of the book where all the action is. The White Mountains is an example. In The White Mountains. you have to read all the way to chapter 10, for the book to be any bit interesting. The events were spread out very well in The-files. There was a lot of suspense.
It was easy to understand. The events were spread out very well. These are all good reasons why I liked The X-files, Marks the spot. It wasn’t another long boring science fiction book.
