Most Americans don’t realize that this war is just one huge mistake brought upon by George W.
Bush to hide his failure at catching Osama Bin Laden and overturning Roe v. Wade. Bush most likely figured that starting a war against Iraq would help him solve his presidential problems and even boost the economy some. However, trying to link Hussein with the Al Qaeida terrorist faction is quite ridiculous.
Yes, Saddam may be a terrible man and a fearsome dictator, but that doesn’t make him “in” with the Al Qaeida.
